Stepping Stone

Hat: Asos
Necklaces: Vintage
Top: Topshop
Jacket and Gilet: Topshop
Skirt:  c/o Urban Outfitters
Shoes: Topshop
Bag: American Apparel
Watch: Michael Kors
Nails: Essie 'leading lady'

If you read my post which talks about the Urban Outfitters press and blogger event, you will know that the lovely Nottingham press team let us pick an item to keep. I picked this gorgeous tartan skirt which I have been wanting to post about for a while. Tartan is everywhere at the moment so as well as being on trend, the colours of this skirt are so pretty and match my new Asos hat (I'm huge on hats at the moment). These were taken on campus down at the stepping stones by the lovely Sarah and even though it was frrrrreezing, it was so beautiful. There's only 2 more weeks left until I leave uni for christmas. I am filling my time with essay misery, warm knits and plenty of christmas starbucks cups.

Are you loving tartan as much as I am?

Lakeside

Jumper: Zara
Skirt, hat & boots: Topshop

There's something so wintery and christmassy about being on campus right now and it's a nice feeling. I feel so lucky to go to a uni that is so beautiful too, and am trying to make the most of it all in my third year. What I wore today was pretty simple and nothing too special but did combine two of my favourite colours to wear all year round. There's something about navy on black that is so sophisticated and easy to wear. You may also notice that this hat is permanently stuck to my head these days; I'm ok with that. I also just really like these snaps because of how well they show off the pretty UON campus. They were shot by my friend Sarah who is a talented photographer and massive all round babe. I did nearly lose my hat several times though and I am seriously working (or trying to) the windswept look.

October

Top, shoes, hat & coat: All Topshop.
Riding Pants: American Apparel
Lips: Kate Moss Rimmel 107/ Chanel L'impatiente
Watch: Michael Kors

Once again, long time no blog. The past few weeks have been so crazy busy..let me just put it out there: third year is a bitch. ANYWAY, this post pretty much sums up everything I have been coveting in October: my aa riding pants, Topshop flatform style shoes, dark autumnal lips and this damn hat which is just stuck on my head come rain or shine. I have also been OBSESSED with my new pink coat (yes, I jumped on the bandwagon) but how could I not be? Thank you to anyone who has been bearing with me and continues to follow me on Bloglovin'. If you haven't yet and would like to, you can do so HERE.

What have you been wearing this October? Have you picked up a pink coat too?

Roar

Dress, Gilet & Adonis Boots: All Topshop
Belt: H&M

I bought this leopard print shift dress from Topshop a month or two ago, and am planning to wear it with some neon accessories on a night out when I'm back at uni. For now though, my flat cut out Adonis boots and fur gilet dress it down a little and it could be layered further for when the really cold weather hits. This weekend sees my return to Nottingham for round 3 of uni life. Hopefully my blog posts will still be regular but as this is a busy week this may be the last post for a week or so.

Skortin' (take two)

Studded Shirt: Zara
Grey Vest: Topshop Boutique
Black Skort: Zara
Hawaiian Wedges: H&M

Hey guys :) So I am still not bored of the Zara skort. I think they are so versatile and I will probably continue to wear them throughout autumn and winter with thick tights and some chunky knits. Take a look at my first white skort ensemble HERE.  I also have to point out that these photos were taken before I went on holiday back in June which is why I look like Casper the ghost.

Zebra

Dress: Asos
Shoes: Office

Hey guys, I am off on holiday on Monday, so this will be my last post for a couple of weeks (unless I can get some wifi access!). I thought I'd leave you with a good statement dress/statement shoe combo, and a note to say I hope you seriously enjoy the heatwave coming over the next few weeks and make the most of the sunshine!

Lots of love,

B.
